  20. I have a new 2 GB drive (Quantum Saturn) and according to DiskSpeed it
  21. reads a bit over eight megabytes per second (using 256KB blocks).  I use
  22. 0xffffffff and 0x7fffffff (Mask and MaxTransfer or vice verse) but I could
  23. try other values, too.

  25. Oh, I have Warp Engine in my A3000, I guess the native SCSI controller
  26. is a bit slower...
